Julie Seyler is the European Regions of Culture UK lead within Cornwall Council. Her role is to advocate on behalf of the Cultural sector in Cornwall.

The EROC campaign has given the sector a focus: to develop in a framing which would allow Cornwall to be recognised as a European Region of Culture in the future. Through her work supporting and advocating the creative industries in Cornwall, Julie has gained an extensive knowledge of rural creative economies and their associated EU funding programmes. Julie was previously the Director of Creative Kernow, an independent creative industries development agency.

Before that she was the General Manager of Kneehigh Theatre.
