COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS

‘Count your Blessings’ was a WildWorks Community Project commissioned by the Atlantic Coast and Valleys Project. It took place in the North area of the ACVP, in Morwenstow and surrounding area, during November and early December 2006.

Expected Outcomes: 

• To contribute to a wider understanding of the distinctiveness of place and people in the Atlantic Coast and Valleys area.
• To ‘harvest’ memory of people and place.
• To value place and people.
• To encourage pride of place.
• To facilitate the community’s articulation of their hopes and fears for the future.
• To create a small, idiosyncratic archive of the project.
• To produce an evaluation of the project.

WildWorks put together a team of experienced practitioners including a project director, a schools specialist, a researcher and liaison person, a film maker, a graphics designer and three visual artists.
