We often find an intriguing, resonant site.......
We actively seek them.....
We don't always make a new work with a new site...
Once
a site has been found, if we feel that there is a richness and a
potential there that would add to the meaning of the story, we
would seek to recreate an existing work for that place and with the
people of that place.
The work folds in and around itself, gaining in richness and resonance.
It is the same for all of our work..... nothing gets wasted......

was later discovered to be an old bible belonging to one Archelaus
Israel hailing from Plymouth....

‘Gabriel Garcia Marquez’ story ‘A Very Old Man with Enormous Wings’
provided the core story for an extraordinary project that brought
together artists from three countries; Malta, Cyprus and Cornwall. Over
three years they created three versions of this magical tale, each time
reflecting the landscapes and communities that were hosting them. The
team worked closely with each community, incorporating local skills,
talents and passions. Each time the story was retold new layers of
meaning and emotion were added.
