Neil is known, in the Cornish music world, as an inspired performer and visionary interpreter of the tradition and is a member of the leading Cornish band Dalla. Neil and his brothers kick started the revival in Cornish traditional music in the 1970s with their band Bucca, and went on to gain a wealth of experience with bands in the wider Celtic scene.

Roger lives in North Wales. A refugee from teaching, he has performed for companies all over the U.K., and has a long standing commitment to the Mercury Theatre Company in Colchester. His interests include a passion for bird watching and sailing and he presently owns 4 boats, all in need of care and attention.

Heidi most recently appeared as Cordellia in WILDWORKS’ acclaimed European tour of ‘Souterrain’, and as the mermaid, in ha! theatre, the oddity & WILDWORKS'collaboration of ‘Wild Ice’, at the Newlyn Fish Festival this summer.

Born Leeds 1962. Studied music at Manchester University and Guildhall School of Music. Studied composition in Salzberg and Delphi with the Greek composer Iannis Xenakis. Studied in Konya, Eastern Turkey with Dervish musicians. Spent seven years in Japan studying shakuhachi (Zen flute) and writing music for Butoh (contemporary dance) groups. Spent two years in the Brazilian Amazon rainforest immersed in ceremonial musical practices.

Le Petit Francais started on stage as a tomato at the ripe age of 8. Progressing to juggling and acrobatics in circus companies such as Anomalie and Cahin Caha. He found himself becoming bored with just juggling and took a chance by going to an open audition at a local Theatre. He got the part, and fell in love with the theatre, playing in ‘Loretta Strong’ by Copi and ‘Agatha’ by Marguerite Duras.

Claire Ingleheart is a multi instrumentalist, composer and Music Specialist. As a musical “magpie” she has gathered various instruments and styles along the way: Jazz, Folk, African, Latin, Classical, Indian and Pop.

Steve was born in London and moved to Cornwall aged 14. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and the National Youth Theatre. He then spent 15years working in theatre and TV both nationally and internationally working with the RSC at Stratford, London theatres including the Gate, Notting hill, the Roundhouse, Duke of York’s and the Haymarket.

Rebecca is an improvising cellist and singer, who has been extensively trained in many musical styles including jazz, world, classical, folk, latin and blues.

She is a recent graduate in Contemporary World Jazz from Plymouth University and also has a degree in Italian from University College London.

Mercedes Kemp was born and grew up in Southern Spain. For the past thirty years she has lived in West Cornwall where she works as a writer and educator. Since 2001 she has worked in close collaboration with Bill Mitchell, developing storylines and text for site specific pieces in Malta, Cyprus, France and Britain.

Anna (BigEater) Lindgren is an actor/performer/director whose roots are firmly planted in the soft sands of Gammelgarn’s beach on the Baltic island of Gotland. She started her career early as a performer with the Swedish Youth Theatre and ran away to the French Circus in her late teens.

Paul is an experienced performer and director from Malta, This year he directed Agamemnon for Theatre Anon of which he is a founder member. He has been busy directing a 26 part series for Malta National Television called ‘Ghada Jisbah Ukoll’.

  After an honours degree in Theatre from Dartington College of Arts, Nicola joined Kneehigh Theatre company, performing and touring, nationally and internationally from 1988 to 2005.

Myriddin (Mydd) was born underneath a table on the M27 and travelled Europe for most of his early life.

In his early teens he diverged from his Romany roots and chose to stay put and study theatre at Wimbledon School of Arts. A dear friend enticed him to Cornwall following the completion of his degree, and he found his way to a fine art BA Hons at Falmouth College of Arts. After meeting Bill Mitchell a creative relationship was born.

A professional musician since 1985, singing and playing many instruments including percussion, bass guitar, drum kit and double bass, Colin has been involved in education and community music for many years, setting up BTEC courses in Plymouth and running music workshops throughout the UK and beyond.

Bec Applebee grew up and still lives in Cornwall.  She has an Honorary Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Textiles and has continued to study throughout her career (‘the fool’; singing; flamenco, lindy hop and Cornish scoot dancing; plus BSL etc).

Born on the Isle of Wight in 1976, Jessica Rainey has spent most of her adult life following the vague impression that there was something else going on overseas. After studying English Literature and African and Asian Studies at the University of Sussex, she moved to London to work the editorial nightshift for a couple of years before moving to France to write stories.

Paul Jarvis has worked with lights since his school days, when he put his hand up to illuminate ‘Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ as a very good excuse to get out of schoolwork.

Agnieszka was born in Warsaw on the Polish land. After years of making theatre at ‘home’, she thought: it’s time to open wings and fly. She landed in the UK.

Aga trained in the “Academy of Theatre Practices” in Gardzienice, Poland; School of Physical Theatre in London and studied directing in Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. 

Pigsy (AKA Simon Hayward) trained as an engineer and in the early 90's started promoting club nights and festivals.

After running a series of bars and restaurants in London he moved to Cornwall in 2002 to work in production in Circus and Theatre.

Gabriella is a professional web-designer as a result of not becoming an archaeologist and wanting a portable job which could fit in a suitcase. After leaving  the island of  Sardinia with a degree in fine arts, she travelled extensively with  long stopovers in Australia (across by bicycle), Kenya (briefly adopted by a nomadic tribe), India (importer of tribal crafts), Israel (archaeological assistant) and Indonesia (resting).
